Ravenmoor Finance, a small-business funding broker in Ocala, Florida, has its office at 65 SW 2nd Ave. Not a dollar of the funding is its own. It helps owners across Marion County choose among six funding structures and introduces each request to lending partners, who make every credit decision and set every rate and term. This page explains how it works and its limits.
Who we are
Ravenmoor Finance is a broker, not a lender. The office is at 65 SW 2nd Ave, Ocala, FL 34471, and works with owners by phone and email. Despite the word Finance in the name, no money is lent by us: lending partners fund, underwrite and price every offer.
Our role is narrower and, we think, useful. We help an owner name the cost, choose the structure whose payback fits the business, gather the records a partner will ask for, and compare whatever offers arrive on total cost.
What we arrange and what we do not
- We arrange: working capital, term loans, lines of credit, inventory financing, equipment financing and merchant cash advances, which are not loans.
- Sectors partners fund: construction, restaurants, medical and dental practices, and retail or wholesale businesses that carry stock.
- We do not arrange: personal, payday, car title, home or SBA loans, or grants.
- Partners do not fund: agriculture, equine operations or trucking.
- Language: English only.
The four-step process explains how a request moves.
The habits behind every Ravenmoor request
We start with the purpose and the timing, because they decide the structure. We look at the payback against the business's weakest month, not its strongest one. We say plainly when a structure looks wrong for the need, including when an advance is being considered for a long project. And we put the total payback in dollars beside every offer, so the comparison is fair.
Nothing we say is a promise of approval, an amount or a date. Each of those is a partner's call. Our disclosures set out the relationship in full.
Marion County, FL context
