What these messages are
If you give consent on our request form or by phone, Ravenmoor Finance may send text messages to the number you provided about your business funding request: confirmations that a request arrived, scheduling a call, requests for documents you have agreed to provide, and updates on where the request stands. We do not send marketing for unrelated products by text.
Consent
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using our services. You can ask us to call or email instead at any time. By opting in, you confirm you are the account holder for the number or have the account holder's permission.
Frequency and cost
Texts come more often while a request is active and stop when it closes. Message and data rates may apply.
STOP, HELP and other replies
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We may send one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or call (352) 488-9724.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Phone numbers and consent records collected for text messaging are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Everything else about personal data is covered by the privacy policy linked at the foot of each page.
Changes
These SMS terms may be revised. The current version is always on this page.
